Deep Breath Lung Infusion

My new Deep Breath Lung Infusion is a dried herbal blend that is designed to soothe the lungs, heal damage, expel excess mucus that may be blocking your airways, and help you breathe deeply again! Mullein is a powerful herb has been said to help heal scar tissue and damage that may be from chronic illness, a lingering infection, and even damage from smoking cigarettes.
Directions: Simply place ¼ cup of dried herbs into a quart mason jar and fill the jar with boiling water. Allow to sit for 2-4 hours before straining. Add honey or maple syrup as a natural sweetener. Can be drank hot but is best cool. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days after straining.
