Calming Draught Glycerite

My Calming Drought Glycerite is loaded with chamomile, oat tops, peppermint, and lemon balm to help any stress melt away without feeling drowsy. To help soothe any anxieties or down feelings, give soothing chamomile a try! The University of Illinois says chamomile helps, “promote general relaxation and relieve stress. Animal studies show that chamomile contains substances that act on the same parts of the brain and nervous system as anti-anxiety drugs. Never stop taking prescription medications, however, without consulting your doctor.”
Directions: Soothe anxiety and nervous tension by taking ¼ teaspoon - ½ teaspoon (1-2 droppers full) as needed.
